    自選模式

    近月來愛上了閱讀 希望為自己增添几分優雅氣質
     
    哈哈~~~亦希望從中學習到正確的思想態度
     
    我看了兩本有關心靈成長的書
     
    睇完之後有點頓覺大悟似的
     
    而令我最深感受的就是由我命名的"自選模式"
     
    心情是好是壞與運氣大大相連
     
    所以有好多人都會話"唔好的事總是同一時間來敲門"
     
    其實心情與運氣的背後操控者就是自己
     
    開心與不快亦全由自己選擇
     
    要發掘出讓自己有好心情的道路
     
    現在的我正學習著調整自己的情緒 不焦急 三思而行
     
    面對問題時 我必定會盡力積極地爭取自己想要的
     
    若結果不如我願 亦不需太失望
     
    正所謂"有得必有失" 換言之失去可能是另一方面的得著
     
    所以不必太看重結果 從倒地後到重新站起來的過程才最重要
     
    這過程讓人有推動力去學習,去改變,去看清,去認知
     
    經歷是讓人成長的良機 時間更是成長的協調員
     
    給自己時間靜下來 才能看清眼前的一切
     
    我己調教了我的"自選模式"為天天好心情
     
    永遠跟著讓自己快樂的道路走~~
     
    哈哈~~~開心快樂每一天
     
     
    金句: 得到當然最好 但失去亦不需失望 只要做好自己 就算失去也是另類得著
